OC Paralegals prides itself in providing excellent legal support to sole practitioners and small firms on a contractual basis.  Our Paralegals are all ABA certified and have at least five years of legal experience working under the direction of an attorney in specific legal practices.   OC Paralegals is not a temp agency, but a full service Paralegal/Legal Secretary Support Firm.  Our professionals can either come to your office or you can send work assignments directly to us by completing the work order form.    We are capable of working from your office or ours without any impact on your staff or overhead.  

We will provide you with several candidates who specialize in your area of law.   Once you have selected a candidate that you feel meets your criteria we arrange for you to interview with them.  It is up to you to decide if she or he is the right fit for your firm and work style.  You can establish a working relationship with your Paralegal/Legal Assistant that can last for years to come.   No need to hire inexperienced temps that you have to retrain every time you need a project completed.

All of our Paralegals work on an Independent Contractor basis, so you do not have to worry about payroll taxes, 401K’s or overtime costs.   We offer very reasonable hourly rates.  Our team works with your schedule and demands as the need arises.  Our fees are cost effective and are billable to your clients at a mark up rate.
